1) a large, fish-flavoured treat used for rewarding animals in zoos such as bears
2) a term for any reward that does not meet expectations. Based on the TV series "Lost" where one of the characters (Sawyer) spent most of an episode locked up and trying to solve a puzzle only to be rewarded with a fish-shaped biscuit
